“Great room for price. Staff is great!”

“Almost every thing was broken, we switched rooms bc of a blood stain in the king room and the door wouldn’t lock. The main tv didn’t work but that wasn’t a big problem for us.”

“When I made the reservation it stated it was the last room. The customer service was great. The room was not good. The shower faucet was dripping hitting the side of the tub and I didn't know the floor was wet and I slid and almost fell but was able to regain my balance. I went to the front desk and said keep the curtain in the tub and they would have it fixed after I left. The tub in room 301 where I stayed had a two tone color that made it look dirty. I believe they tried to reglaze it. They...

“Great staff and nice and quiet. Had everything needed except there were storage bowl lids but no storage bowls lol. The only issue was the door didn’t close all the way unless you kind of lifted it and pulled it shut so it could be easy to leave your room door ajar if you weren’t careful. Otherwise, this was my second time staying and will definitely stay again. ”

“Heater did not work. It kept blowing cold air. They wouldn’t call maintenance to look at it. I was cold all night. Toilet had hardwater stains that looked unsightly and unhygienic ”

“Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.”

“House was very nice to stay at and the host was very accommodating towards my family. Distance to our kids location was an issue, but that was due to the vrbo website not the host. ”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”
