“We stayed at this property a few years ago and what a difference. In the past the whole hotel smelled like marijuana, the staff was barely helpful and the general condition was simply passable. This past week we were forced to stay there again and we were VERY PLEASANTLY surprised. Completely different experience. Staff was very friendly, hotel smelled almost brand new throughout and room was very clean. We were very pleased with our stay.”

“Gorgeous deck, great for families. We had an excellent stay. Thank youto our hosts! The cooking supplies were abundant as well as spices. Thought full items for forgotten toiletries. Dollar Genetal on vorner even has fresh produce. ”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“The host is so accommodating. We stayed here a month. I don’t want to leave. This house has everything you need. Country views plenty of yard and outside sitting. Outstanding screen in porch. They even have views for the little and big animals. The owner came by once to do something outside she was so nice concerned if everything was okay eager to please. ”
